Maartworks Printing Services & IT Products

At Maartworks, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom prints and reliable IT products. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our returns and refunds policy below:

1. Custom Printing Orders (T-Shirts, Mugs, Packaging, etc.)

• All custom orders are final and non-cancellable once confirmed.
  This includes personalized designs, bulk printing, and made-to-order items.

• Returns & refunds are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective or damaged due to our error

  • The print does not match the approved design or specifications

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor color variations due to material or print method

  • Errors in client-submitted artwork or text

• Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the item, with photo documentation and proof of purchase.

2. IT Products, Gadgets & Office Supplies

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for factory defects only.

• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt.

• No refunds for software, consumables, or accessories once opened or activated.

• Warranty coverage is based on the manufacturer’s terms.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method or store credit within 7–14 business days.

• For replacement requests, we will coordinate reprinting or product exchange at no extra cost (if eligible).

4. Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations are allowed for custom printing orders once payment is made and production has started.

• For IT products, cancellations may be accepted before dispatch, subject to approval.
